When choosing Pocono Mountain Paintball for you and or your group, we ask you to be realistic about everyone’s abilities and be sure to ask questions of our staff prior to booking. Anyone in your group that has any medical condition, physical limitations, or is seriously overweight should consult a physician before playing paintball. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we perceive to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or deem unfit for play.
Release of Liability
Due to the inherent risks involved in playing paintball or any of our other outdoor activities, all participants are required to read and sign an assumption of risk/release of Liability Waiver & Pocono Mountain Paintball Rules and Player Responsibility forms. Any players under the age of 18 must also complete a National Paintball Association Medical Permission Form; this form must also be sign by the minors legal parent of guardian. Although we are fully licensed and insured, you play paintball AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Advanced reservations are required. There are times we can accommodate walk-ons, but this is rare. The only way to guarantee you spots is with a pre-paid reservation. If your reservation is made more than 3 weeks prior to your date of play, a $10 per person deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to the date of play. Any bookings within 3 weeks of the date of play require payment in full at the time of booking.
Cancelations made more than 21 days prior to the date of play will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled between 7 to 20 days of the date of play will receive a full refund, less a $10 per person processing fee. Reservations canceled within 7 days of the date of play will receive no refund – this applies to no-shows and late arrivals as well. There are no exceptions to this policy so please remember to account for weather conditions, traffic, construction, etc.
$30.00 per hour fee for groups that show up late for their arrival time.
All players at Pocono Mountain Paintball must be at least 10 years of age.
Field Paint / Paint Grenades / Pyrotechnics
Only paintballs and paint grenades sold at Pocono Mountain Paintball may be used on our playing fields. There is no permitted use of any smoke or other pyrotechnics on any PMP playing field.
Bring Your Own Gun (BYOG)
Players are permitted to bring their personally owned paintball gun / marker. No Fully Automatic or Burst Firing paintball guns / markers are permitted. A Paintball Gun / Marker is considered Fully Automatic or Burst Firing if more than one projectile (paintball) is fired when the trigger is depressed one time. All privately owned guns will be checked and chronographed by Pocono Mountain Paintball Staff to ensure player safety.
Groups & Youth Groups
18 or more players must be present and pay with a single credit card, check, or cash to receive Group Rates. To qualify as a Youth Group 18 or more player must be present, pay with a single credit card, check, or cash, be part of a recognized organization (Scouts, Church, School, College, Camp, etc…) and 75% of the players must be considered a youth member.
Children and Minors Policy
Anyone 17 years of age or younger who wishes to participate in any of our activities must have a completed assumption of risk / release of liability waiver that is signed by their parent or guardian. In addition, all minors, participating or not, must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years of age or older at all times. We will not take any minors rafting, paintballing, ziplining, kayaking or biking with out a responsible adult 18 years of age or older with them. We will not have minors left unattended on our premises while all adult members of their party leave to participate in one of our activities. Maximum Allowed Paintball Velocity
No paintball guns, rental or private, may exceed the velocity of 270 feet per second. A Chronograph and tools are available to adjust gun velocity if needed.
Drugs & Alcohol
NO use of any drugs or alcohol are permitted prior to or during play. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we perceive to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol with out refund.
